Ashutosh Pandey is a new-age media professional with over a decade long experience in copywriting, content writing, strategic communications, and brand development. Over the years, Ashutosh has worked with prestigious brands across verticals including HUL, ICICI, The Directorate General of Shipping (Govt of India), Tata Sons. His educational background in information technology, has helped him in leveraging latest technology trends in crafting memorable corporate content and brand stories.
Rajdeep Barooah (Cofounder & Chief Executive Director)
Rajdeep Barooah is a Corporate Communications and Public Relations (PR) professional with over 18 years of industry experience. Rajdeep has worked for several reputed corporates like Asian Paints Limited, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Ruchi Soya Industries Limited. Equipped with a master’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai; Rajdeep utilizes his strong academics and industry exposure to add new dimensions to our clients’ communication projects.
Rajeev Mamidanna (Director Operations)
Rajeev Mamidanna comes with a rich technology background and has worked in the roles of Business Development, Sales and Marketing in companies like Sun, IBM, Cisco and Dell. With the advent of Digital era, he is pioneering the communications strategy for lots of corporates in industries that are Technology heavy.
Shahbaaz Kably (Creative Director)
Shahbaaz Kably’s passion for photography branched out into his love for Design. He has an experience of over 18 years in ad agencies in India and Abroad. Having worked for reputed corporates like Tata, ICICI, Zee Networks, Reliance to managing big names in entertainment like Disney, UTV, Warner Brothers and Sony Pictures - he has done it all. With Shabaaz supervising the artworks and designs, our clients are rest assured of high-quality output.
Akhil Varma (Director Special Projects)
Senior Executive with over 13 years of experience in managing and executing events, exhibitions, content production and online marketing campaigns; Akhil Verma lends his expertise to the Special Projects Division of PRaddictability. Akhil holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai and his specialty lies in the ability to create strong bonds with customers, government agencies and associations across industries. A " Salesman " at heart, Akhil finds enormous joy in creating a win-win situation for all the stakeholders involved in our various projects.
Anubhuti Dutta (Regional Head)
Anubhuti has over 15 years of experience in Content & Media Management roles. He is a specialist in Events & On Ground Activation and has successfully executed several high-profile Government and Corporate Media Events involving top-notch Government officials, Business Leaders and celebrities across India. Anubhuti has a Bachelor’s Degree (English Honours) from Pune University and has also completed a Post Graduate course in Affiliate Marketing.
